Can you refresh my existing brand and website?
Yes. Brand Refresh is exactly that: a refresh of your core identity and a redesign of your current site, within its page allowance.
Can you create a new identity and website together?
Yes. Business and Premium both cover a new identity and a new site, or a rebuild of what you have now.
What does the AI chatbot do?
It answers repeat questions from information you approve, and hands the rest to your team. Setup is included in Premium and quoted separately for other packages.
Are domain and hosting included?
Business and Premium include a standard domain and hosting for the first year. For Brand Refresh they are a paid add-on. Renewals from year two are yours. See Pricing.
How long does a project take?
Estimates are 4 business days for Brand Refresh, 8 for Business and 12 for Premium. The clock starts once the brief, content and access are with us.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
WhatsApp opens with your brief already written. Press send and it reaches us directly, and the conversation carries on there.
