A page or section is a distinct destination or content block we design and build, such as Home, About or a services block. Repeated project or article entries and any CMS work are scoped separately.
Brand Refresh covers your core identity and a redesign of your existing site within its page allowance. It does not include unlimited pages, logo concepts or printed collateral.
A revision round is one consolidated feedback list on the work presented. New functionality or a wider brief changes the scope and the price.
Delivery estimates start once the deposit, brief, content and access are with us. Late feedback or a change of scope moves the date.
We organise the content you supply. Full copywriting, translation and ongoing content entry are separate services.
You own every file we deliver; handover follows full payment. Third-party assets and services keep their own licence terms.

Business and Premium include a standard domain and hosting for the first year; renewals from year two are yours. Brand Refresh can add both as a paid extra. Your proposal names the hosting allowance, the eligible domain cost and the renewal terms. Premium domain names are quoted separately.

Technical faults on the website and hosting: broken forms, broken links, page errors, downtime. We diagnose and fix them within your support period.
Not included
Requested edits, new pages, redesigns, content updates and additions sit outside support. They are quoted as separate work, as are third-party charges.

Questions about scope and cost.
Is the package price fixed?
Yes, for the scope in the package. We review your requirements before booking, and anything extra is quoted before work begins.
What is the main difference between Business and Premium?
Premium adds the AI chatbot, 18 pages or sections instead of 10, six revision rounds instead of four, 12 months of technical support instead of six, and every new feature we release at no charge.
Can I add the chatbot to a lower package?
Yes. Setup is quoted separately, and we explain any provider or usage charges before you commit.
What does technical support cover?
Technical faults on the website and hosting — bugs, broken functionality, downtime. Requested edits, content updates, new pages and design changes are separate work, quoted before we start.
Will I have recurring costs?
Domain and hosting renew after the included year. External services, including the chatbot provider, may charge subscription or usage fees. Both are named before you commit.
Can you quote a custom project?
Yes. Send your requirements through Contact and choose “Custom scope” or “Not sure yet”.
